Highlands Home Medical was proud to support this year's Disability Services Australia's Day in the Park, a local event celebrating International Day of People with Disability on Monday 3rd December.
The jam-packed agenda at Lake Alexandra, Mittagong featured live music, art in the park, a 'dress up your wheelchair' competition along with other games and activities, also a free sausage sizzle.
Highlands Home Medical donated prizes on the day for the games and competitions taking place.
Along with sunny weather and high community participation this years event was reported to be the most attended yet!
The day was a great success for awareness of those living with disability as well as being an enjoyable, fun-filled community event.
