We wish to advise of some significant changes coming to Highlands Home Medical that are both exciting and will alter our product and service offerings. We have made the decision to move the bulk of our physical business presence interstate and to expand our offerings online.
Why are we changing?
The last two years have been a mixture of challenges, opportunities, reinvention and reflection for small business operators. We are fortunate that Highlands Home Medical remained in a solid position to provide continuous support to the Southern Highlands community throughout this period. However recently, due to personal and family circumstances, we have decided to adopt a more sustainable business model and a strategic relocation.
What is changing and when?
Effective from Friday 21st October we will discontinue our mobility equipment rental/hire service. We will notify all local health sector clients and current customers with relevant information and actions.
We will continue to fulfill purchase sales via online, email and phone orders. Early December we will discontinue trading from our shop premises at 10/47 Bowral Street, Bowral. Instead, we will operate from our warehouse at 4/6-10 Owen St, Mittagong, via appointment only until further notice. We are happy to continue working with new & existing clients to help with any equipment purchase needs. Please be in touch if you require assistance.
Our website offerings at HighlandsHM.com.au will be reviewed, updated and optimized for customers seeking consumables, daily living products, and smaller mobility items.
It has been a privilege and rewarding experience for us to meet, interact with and help so many locals by providing our service since 2018. We sincerely thank all our customers, suppliers and affiliates for your support and trust over the past four and a half years.
