IMPORTANT COVID-19 CUSTOMER NOTICE - MINIMAL IMPACT TO BUSINESS SERVICES

Highlands Home Medical is part of our community's essential health and aged care sector and as such will maintain a strong level of customer service following the widespread business close-down announced today by the Federal Government.

We are currently operating normal opening hours from Monday-Saturday. We wish to assure customers that our business is adhering to strict hygiene practices for all our sales and hire products and our team are practicing social distancing in our shop, warehouse and delivery services.

To reduce risk to our business operations it is advisable in the first instance to contact us via email, phone or website enquiry. If you are experiencing symptoms, or have been in direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from visiting our store. For your convenience, we offer a free local delivery service for hire equipment and purchases over $50.

Note we can not proceed with any appointment where the client, their family or carers are showing flu-like symptoms.

We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure continuity of service. We appreciate that this is an unprecedented situation and changing by the day.
